We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical information generated when the website is used.

• AI assistant conversations, conversation identifiers, page context, and contact details voluntarily entered during a chat.
• Technical and security data, such as IP address, browser and device information, language, referrer, requested URL, timestamps, and rate-limit or anti-spam signals.
• Usage and analytics data, such as pages viewed, links or calls to action used, approximate session behavior, and campaign attribution where available.

3. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries, arrange technical discussions, evaluate project fit, and prepare requested proposals or next-step recommendations.
• Operate, maintain, secure, diagnose, and improve the website, contact forms, AI assistant, and related infrastructure.

The assistant can be inaccurate and does not confirm pricing, certification, availability, delivery dates, or contractual commitments.

Do not submit confidential design files, credentials, regulated personal data, or trade secrets through the assistant before an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is in place. Use the contact form to request an NDA or a human discussion.

6. How information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, deliver email, analyze website use, secure our systems, or operate the AI assistant. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are expected to protect it.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent.

Security and conversation logs are kept outside the public website files. Where implemented, IP information in AI conversation logs is hashed rather than stored as plain text.
